Have you been thinking about no longer participating in the theatre of misogyny, whether by quitting the razor, learning to say ‘No’, or untangling other forms of self-harm? I have - and still am - walking this path, it would be my honor, to walk with you, as we explore how to free ourselves and relearn how to love ourselves as we were always meant to be.

Have you been thinking about your birth? Are there moments of confusion, frustration, sadness, or even anger? Or, are you pleased, but cannot let go of the feeling that more is possible for you? This session is a chance for you to tell your story, be witnessed, and unpack the things that you may be stuck on or want to do differently next time. Witnessing, by a like minded, system-critical woman, who will not tell you to ‘be happy you and your baby are safe and healthy’ and to ‘just get over it’, sometimes is just the medicine one needs.
